Meet Shannon Webb

I’m Shannon Webb, EdD, a performance psychology and health education professional committed to helping people build the skills, habits, and mindset that support both well-being and high performance. Through my work in teaching, coaching, and consultation, I translate evidence-based strategies into practical tools for managing stress, strengthening confidence, improving focus, and creating sustainable routines. My approach blends mental skills training with health education principles so individuals, teams, and organizations can thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally when it matters most.

I provide mental performance consulting for athletes, performers, and professionals who want to sharpen their focus, build confidence, and perform at their best under pressure. Using evidence-based sport psychology tools, I offer one-on-one sessions, team workshops, and practical strategies that translate directly to training, competition, and everyday life.
